Frankie is a Senior Editor responsible for acquisitions and editorial development. He works closely with authors from manuscript acquisition through line edit, with an emphasis on narrative cohesion, pacing, and craft at the sentence level.

 

Frankie participates in submissions review and actively acquires projects aligned with the press’s publishing vision.

Frankie is a certified developmental editor, line and copy editor, and proofreader. He enjoys working on dystopian, romance, fantasy, and romantic fantasy stories, and has a particular fondness for a well-crafted spicy book. While he has no content triggers, he appreciates advance notice if your book contains sensitive material. Frankie is also an experienced sensitivity reader for LGBTQIA+ and Hispanic characters and has successfully assisted in translating books from English to Spanish.
